Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the small potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry with a towel. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Potatoes
Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, then sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss them until evenly coated.

Bake the Potatoes
Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the skins are crispy.

Assemble the Baked Potatoes
Once the potatoes are baked, remove them from the oven. Cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze the ends to open them up. Top each potato with sour cream, candied bacon, shredded cheese, and chopped chives.
