Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the small potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry with a towel. Place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Potatoes

Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, then sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss them until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Potatoes

Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the skins are crispy.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Toppings

While the potatoes are baking, prepare your toppings. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces. If you haven't done so already, chop the chives as well.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Baked Potatoes

Once the potatoes are baked, remove them from the oven. Cut a slit in the top of each potato and gently squeeze the ends to open them up. Top each potato with sour cream, candied bacon, shredded cheese, and chopped chives.
