For the Rotisserie Chicken
Method
Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your rotisserie oven according to the manufacturer's instructions. Clean the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
Season the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken, ensuring it gets under the skin.
Cook the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken on the rotisserie spit and secure it tightly. Cook in the rotisserie for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the rotisserie and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve with a side of french fries.
