1. Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2. Sear the Chicken

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and chopped rosemary. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the lemon juice and chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits.

4. Add Cream and Cheese

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

5. Combine and Serve

Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through. Serve immediately.
