Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually around 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Beurre Blanc
In a small saucepan, combine white wine and 1 tablespoon of chopped basil. Bring to a simmer and reduce by half. Lower the heat and whisk in the butter, one tablespoon at a time, until the sauce is creamy and emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine and Serve
Add the cooked angel hair pasta and sautéed shrimp to the tomato sauce. Toss to combine and warm through. Serve topped with beurre blanc sauce and additional fresh basil, if desired.
