Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Rice
Cook the white rice according to package instructions. Set aside once done.
2. Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the broccoli, bell peppers, and onion. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
5. Combine Chicken and Sauce
Return the fried chicken to the skillet. Pour in the Szechuan sauce and toss everything together until well coated and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve
Spoon the stir-fry over the cooked rice. Top with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
