1. Prepare the Mahi Mahi
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the Mahi Mahi fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Grill the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
