Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Cook the Seafood
Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the scallops are opaque, about 4-5 minutes.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
