Prepare the Bundt Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan thoroughly.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Combine and Mix
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Carefully mix in the boiling water until smooth.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter.

Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before serving. Slice and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
