Baking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bundt Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. 3

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, mixing well.

  4. 4

    Combine and Mix

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Carefully mix in the boiling water until smooth.

  5. 5

    Add Chocolate Chips

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter.

  6. 6

    Bake the Cake

Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  7. 7

    Cool and Serve

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before serving. Slice and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
