Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture.

Grill the Chicken
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Add the Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Monterey Jack cheese on each chicken breast and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the applewood-smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich
Toast the brioche buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes. Layer the bottom bun with lettuce, the grilled chicken with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and slices of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
