Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood-smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Garlic Aioli
In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 3 cloves roasted garlic (mashed), lemon juice to taste, and salt and pepper to taste.

Form the Patties
Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and form into patties. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking the patties, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Assemble the Burger
Spread roasted garlic aioli on the bottom half of the burger bun. Add the lettuce, patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and onion ring. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve hot with your favorite sides.
