Cooking Instructions

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and scallops, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the diced red onions and sauté until translucent. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, then add the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet along with the diced tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine, then add the seafood back in. Mix gently to combine all ingredients.

Serve
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning if desired.
