Preparation Steps
1. Prepare the Base
Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F). Spread the San Marzano tomato sauce evenly over a pizza base or baking tray.
2. Layer the Ingredients
Evenly distribute the sliced Genoa salami and Prosciutto Cotto over the tomato sauce. Add the sliced mushrooms and marinated artichokes.
3. Add Cheese
Sprinkle the sliced Fresh Mozzarella and dollops of Ricotta cheese over the top of the layered ingredients.
4. Drizzle with EVOO
Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the top of the pizza for added flavor.
5. Bake
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
6. Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve hot.
