For the Chicken Wings

Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with Calabrian chili paste, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, mix the warm water with yeast and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. In a separate large bowl, combine the flour and salt, then add the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead and Rise
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Place it in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Shape and Bake
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Punch down the dough and spread it out on a greased baking sheet. Dimple the surface with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
