Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the spicy salami and hot coppa into thin pieces. Tear the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and chop the fresh basil.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).

Assemble the Pizza
On a baking sheet or pizza stone, spread the San Marzano tomato sauce evenly. Layer the spicy salami and hot coppa over the sauce.

Add Cheese and Basil
Distribute the torn fresh mozzarella evenly over the meats. Sprinkle the grated Pecorino Romano on top and add fresh basil.

Drizzle with EVOO
Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the top of the pizza.

Bake the Pizza
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are golden.

Serve
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.
