Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare Bolognese Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.

2

Cook the Beef

Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.

3

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning

Stir in crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.

4

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) for pizza baking.

5

Roll Out Dough

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.

6

Assemble Pizza

Spread the Bolognese sauce evenly over the dough. Top with cheese blend and sprinkle Grana Padano on top.

7

Bake the Pizza

Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

8

Serve

Remove from oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
