Preparation of Coconut Sorbetto

1. Prepare the Coconut Shells

Carefully cut the tops off 2 fresh coconuts and scoop out the meat. Reserve the shells for serving.

2. Blend Ingredients

In a blender, combine coconut water, shredded coconut meat, sugar, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

3. Chill the Mixture

Pour the mixture into a shallow container and place it in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals, for about 2-3 hours, or until fully frozen.

4. Serve

Scoop the frozen coconut sorbetto into the reserved coconut shells and serve immediately.
