Method

Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

2

Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

3

Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar, swiss, or blue cheese on each patty to melt.

4

Prepare Toppings

Cook bacon in a pan until crispy. Fry eggs sunny-side up or to your preference. Sauté mushrooms and grill onions if desired.

5

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom bun, layer lettuce, a cooked patty, tomato slices, pickles, and any additional toppings (bacon, egg, mushrooms, onions). Add ketchup and mustard to taste, and top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

6

Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut potatoes into fries or wedges.

7

Season and Bake

Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.

Salad Preparation

8

Prepare Salad

In a bowl, combine the mixed salad greens with your choice of salad dressing and toss to coat.
