Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). On a baking sheet, toss the asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake the Salmon and Vegetables

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the baking sheet with the asparagus and tomatoes. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

  2. 4

    Drizzle Balsamic Glaze

Once cooked, remove from the oven and drizzle balsamic glaze over the vegetables. Serve immediately.

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate the Dish

Serve the salmon fillets with the roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill sprigs.
