Method

Main Dish

  1. 1

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Spinach

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté until wilted.

  3. 3

    Combine and Bake

Add the spinach to the egg mixture and stir in the grated Gruyère cheese. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and golden on top.

Side Dish

  1. 4

    Prepare the Baguette

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet.

  2. 5

    Add Garlic and Rosemary

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary. Brush this mixture over the baguette slices.

  3. 6

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.

Dessert

  1. 7

    Prepare Puff Pastry

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.

  2. 8

    Fill with Berries

In a bowl, mix the mixed berries with sugar. Place a spoonful of the berry mixture in the center of each pastry square.

  3. 9

    Seal and Bake

Fold the pastry over to create triangles, seal the edges with a fork, and brush with egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
