1. Prep the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.
2. Season the Wings
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
3. Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
4. Fry the Wings
Carefully add the wings to the hot oil in batches, frying for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain the Wings
Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
