Prepare the Fish
In a bowl, season the white fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Coat the Fish
In a shallow dish, beat the egg. In another dish, place the corn flour. Dip each marinated fish fillet into the egg, then coat with corn flour.

Fry the Fish
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the coated fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, mustard, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the soft tortillas. Place a generous amount of mixed greens on each tortilla, top with fried fish, diced tomato, avocado slices, and fresh mint leaves. Drizzle spicy peanut and honey mustard dressing over the top.
