Pie Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Crust
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove and let cool.
- 2
Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add in the peanut butter and mix until fully combined. Gently fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain.
- 3
Add Reese's
Fold in the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups into the peanut butter filling mixture.
- 4
Assemble the Pie
Spread the peanut butter filling into the cooled graham cracker crust. Drizzle the melted Godiva chocolate over the top. Optionally, sprinkle with chocolate shavings for garnish.
- 5
Chill and Serve
Cover and refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
