Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tsp of salt to the boiling water.

Add Macaroni
Add 2 cups of elbow macaroni to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cheese Sauce Preparation

Add Milk
Gradually whisk in 2 cups of milk, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens and is bubbly.

Add Cheese
Lower the heat and add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and 4 oz of softened cream cheese to the mixture. Stir until the cheeses are completely melted and smooth.

Season the Sauce
Add 1 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Pulled Pork Preparation

Heat Pulled Pork
In a skillet over medium heat, combine 2 cups of pre-cooked pulled pork with 1 cup of barbecue sauce. Stir and cook until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
Assembly

Combine Pasta and Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and the cheese sauce. Mix until the pasta is fully coated.

Serve
Spoon the mac and cheese into bowls, top with the pulled pork mixture, and garnish with sliced green onions and chopped parsley.
