Burger Patty

Toppings

Method

Preparing the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Mixing the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine 500g of ground beef, 1 tsp of salt, 0.5 tsp of black pepper, 0.5 tsp of garlic powder, and 0.5 tsp of onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. 2

    Shaping the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1 inch thick.

Cooking the Burger

  1. 3

    Grilling

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 4

    Prepare the Toppings

While the burgers are cooking, wash the lettuce leaves and slice the tomato into thick slices.

  2. 5

    Building the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill. On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, followed by the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, and then a slice of tomato. Place the top half of the bun on the burger.
