Cooking Pasta

    Boil Water

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

    Cook Pasta

    Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

    Sauté Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add Seasonal Vegetables

    Add the bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Making the Sauce

    Add Broth and Seasoning

    Pour in the vegetable broth and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir to combine.

    Simmer Sauce

    Allow the sauce to simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Combining

    Mix Pasta and Sauce

    Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetable sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.

    Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and evenly distributed.

Serving

    Serve the Pasta Primavera hot, garnished with fresh chopped basil.
