Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Preparing Chicken Wings
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake Wings
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Toss with Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Making Blue Cheese Dressing
- 5
Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 6
Stir Until Smooth
Stir the mixture until well combined and smooth. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper to taste.
- 7
Chill Dressing
Cover and refrigerate the blue cheese dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
