Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Tagliatelle
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tagliatelle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- 2
Prepare the Seafood Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the mixed seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
- 3
Add the Tomatoes and Wine
Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and white wine. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the seafood is cooked through.
- 4
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained tagliatelle to the skillet with the seafood sauce. Toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
- 5
Season and Serve
Season the dish with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
