Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Seafood
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp, calamari, and mussels and cook for about 5-7 minutes until shrimp are opaque and mussels have opened. Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
Assemble the Pizza
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then layer the cooked seafood mixture evenly over the cheese.
Bake the Pizza
Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Garnish and Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
