Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Mix until fully combined and smooth.

Line an 8-inch (20 cm) round springform pan with parchment paper, ensuring the paper comes up the sides of the pan.

Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is a deep golden brown and the center is still slightly jiggly.

Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan for at least 1 hour before transferring it to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature.
