Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fish

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add the white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and let it reduce by half. Then add the heavy cream and capers. Stir well and let it cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Return the fish to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the fillets, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Add the remaining butter, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Serve immediately.
