Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips. Season with salt, black pepper, and fajita seasoning. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onion, sauté until softened (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the marinated beef strips and cook for about 7-10 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
