Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Fruits

Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half. Peel the kiwi and slice into rounds. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks. If using whole grapes, wash and leave them as is.

2

Assemble the Platter

On a large serving platter, arrange the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi slices, pineapple chunks, grapes, and melon in an appealing manner. You can group them by color or mix them for a vibrant look.

3

Garnish

Add fresh mint leaves on top for garnish and an extra burst of flavor. You can also drizzle a little honey or a squeeze of lime juice over the fruits if desired.
