Cooking Instructions
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Prosciutto and Peas
Add the chopped prosciutto to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
Combine Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked farfalle pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
