Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your smoker to 250°F (120°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Wings

Place the wings in the smoker and smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

  3. 3

    Prepare the Hot Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the hot sauce and honey until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

  4. 4

Prepare the Miso Blue Cheese Dressing

In a bowl, mix together blue cheese, miso paste, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the wings are smoked, toss them in the hot sauce. Serve hot with the miso blue cheese dressing on the side.
