Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and trim excess fat. Season both sides of the ribs with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and brown sugar. Drizzle with liquid smoke for an added smoky flavor.

2

Smoke the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs in the smoker and smoke for about 4-5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C) and the meat is tender.

3

Make the BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4

Prepare the Pickles

In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil. Pour over sliced cucumbers and let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.

5

Serve

Once the ribs are done, remove from the smoker and let rest for 10 minutes. Cut into portions, serve with Loro BBQ sauce and seasonal pickles on the side.
