1. Prepare the Smoked Salmon Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine smoked salmon, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

In a bowl, mix roasted shishito peppers, cilantro, yuzu juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and salt. Stir well to combine.

3. Prepare the Habanero Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped habanero pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and adjust heat level to your preference.

4. Fry the Wonton Chips

Heat oil in a deep pan. Cut wonton wrappers into triangles. Fry them in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
