Preheat your smoker or grill to 250°F (120°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.

2. Smoke the Wings

Place the wings on the smoker or grill grates and smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), turning occasionally.

3. Toss in Hot Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the smoker and toss them in a bowl with hot sauce until fully coated.
