Baking Directions
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 2
Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- 3
Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 4
Combine Mixtures
Gradually blend the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
- 5
Add Mix-ins
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, toffee bits, and chopped almonds until evenly distributed.
- 6
Scoop Cookies
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- 7
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. The centers may look slightly underbaked but will continue to set as they cool.
- 8
Cool and Enjoy
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
