Method

Prepare the Fish

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them evenly with the marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and let it rest before flaking into bite-sized pieces.

Make the Slaw

  1. 3

    Combine Slaw Ingredients

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss until well combined. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

Prepare the Spicy Sauce

  1. 4

    Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt or sour cream, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth. Adjust the heat by adding more Sriracha if desired.

Assemble the Tacos

  1. 5

    Warm the Tortillas

Heat the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until warm and pliable.

  2. 6

    Fill the Tacos

Place some flaked fish in the center of each tortilla. Top with the slaw and drizzle with the spicy sauce.

  3. 7

    Serve

Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top before eating.
