Prepare the Tortillas
Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into triangles to form chips.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Fry the Chips
Carefully add the tortilla triangles to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.

Drain and Season
Remove the chips with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with salt while still warm.

Add Lime Juice and Season
Add lime juice and salt to the mixture, stirring well to combine all ingredients.

Chill and Serve
Let the salsa chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld.
