Directions
- 1
Prepare the Spinach
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 2
Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, cooked spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 3
Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- 4
Prepare the Pita Points
While the dip is baking, brush the pita triangles with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place them on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for the last 10 minutes of the dip's baking time until they are crispy.
- 5
Serve
Remove both the dip and toasted pita points from the oven. Serve the warm spinach and artichoke dip with the crispy pita points on the side.
