Method

Grilling the Ribeye

1

Prepare the Steak

Take the ribeye steak out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat. Brush the grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.

3

Grill the Steak

Place the ribeye steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Preparing Parmesan Garlic Fries

4

Cut the Potatoes

Wash and cut the russet potatoes into fries. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

5

Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

6

Add Parmesan

Remove fries from the oven and immediately toss with grated Parmesan cheese while hot.

Making Maître D' Butter

7

Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until well combined.

8

Chill the Butter

Transfer the butter mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until solid.
