Grilled Chicken

Marinate Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

Grill Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. In the last minute of grilling, top each chicken breast with 2 slices of honey ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese. Close the lid to melt the cheese.

Prepare Potatoes
Peel and chop the potatoes and garlic cloves. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain.

Plate the Dish
On each plate, place a grilled chicken breast, drizzle with mornay sauce, and serve with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. Offer a side of mixed greens or Caesar salad.
