Prepare the Coffee Mixture

Prepare the Mascarpone Mixture

In a large bowl, combine 16 oz of mascarpone cheese, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Tiramisu
4. Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip 24 ladyfinger cookies into the cooled coffee mixture, ensuring they soak up some liquid without becoming too soggy.
5. Layer Ingredients
In a 9x9 inch dish, layer half of the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
6. Chill and Serve
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, dust the top with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
