Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce
While the pasta cooks, cut the pancetta into small pieces. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the pancetta until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

Mix the Egg Mixture
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper until well combined.

Combine Pasta and Pancetta
Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest. Add the spaghetti directly to the skillet with the cooked pancetta.

Plate the Dish
Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with chopped fresh parsley and additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Add salt to taste.
