In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Cover the tray with plastic wrap and refrigerate the meatballs for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
