Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the apple-smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into medium-sized rounds.

On a serving plate, place a slice of grilled chicken, top it with 2 slices of bacon, a few leaves of romaine lettuce, a slice of tomato, and a generous spread of dijonnaise.
