Prepare the Mozzarella
Drain the fresh mozzarella balls and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Coat Mozzarella Balls
Take each mozzarella ball, coat it in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.

Heat Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F).

Fry Mozzarella
Carefully drop the breaded mozzarella balls into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and place on paper towels to drain.
