In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

Top the salad with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss gently to combine.

Mix Dough
In a large mixing bowl, add flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
