Preparation of Seafood

Prepare the Haddock
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Rinse and pat dry the haddock fillets. Place them in a greased baking dish.

Prepare the Scallops
Rinse the sea scallops and pat them dry. Arrange them around the haddock fillets in the baking dish.

Prepare the Shrimp
In a small bowl, mix the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped parsley. Stuff this mixture into the shrimp, then place them on top of the haddock.

Make the Breadcrumb Topping
In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.

Top the Seafood
Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the seafood in the baking dish.
Baking

Bake the Seafood
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side.
